2013 Trash Pickup Schedule

Advanced Disposal, the township's curbside waste disposal service provider, has announced their 2013 Holiday Schedule for pickup of trash and recyclables. This printable document addresses altered pickup scheduled for major holidays throughout the year. Please note that bulk electronics pickup will be discontinued in 2013.
Dog License Applications
Shippensburg Township is now issuing dog licenses as an agent for Cumberland County.
Cumberland County residents may print this application for each dog license needed. This application with appropriate fee (add $.50 per license to the fee shown on the application) can be mailed to Shippensburg Township, Attn: Linda Asper, P.O. Box 219, Shippensburg, PA 17257, or can be put in our drop box at the Township Office. You must included a self addressed envelope with postage. The licenses will be mailed back to you within 7 days if application is complete and fee is accurate.

If you would like to stop in at the Shippensburg Township Office for your licenses, our address is 81 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippensburg (across from K-Mart). Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
